Job purpose

Prepares quotations, sales orders, delivery reports, invoices using SAP tool and then follows up on sales made for clients.

Key responsibilities

Assisting all the sales related activity of the division

To prepare management sales reports and present them at the right time

Handling a high volume of customer inquiries whilst providing a high quality of service to each client

Writing up accurate correct sales correspondence

Prepares quotations, sales orders delivery reports invoices using SAP tool, and then follows up on any sales quotations made for clients

Tracking sales orders to ensure that they are scheduled and sent out on time

Effectively communicating with customers in a professional manner

Ordering and ensuring the delivery of goods to customers

Making follow up calls and emails to confirm orders or delivery date and other related concern to have a good business transaction with clients

To be proactive in the daily routine of work

Customer satisfaction in the utmost priority

To maintain proper record for prices issued for insulation department

Experience requirement

7+ years of experience as a Coordinator

Minimum education:

College Undergraduate

Advanced skills in MS Office
