Job purpose

Manage day-to-day AR backend activities, including customer account updates, payment allocation, reconciliation, and documentation.

Educational and experience requirement 
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
Minimum 2–3 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in Accounts Receivable.

Accounts Receivable Management
Send SOA to customers twice a month.
Follow up through emails & calls.
Ensure physical invoices & credit notes are submitted.
Send acknowledged invoices daily.

Account Reconciliation & Accuracy
Daily bank & PDC postings.
Verify all PDC cheques before delivery.
Complete monthly intercompany reconciliation.
Maintain proper filing of invoices, PDC receipts & deposit slips.
Process excess payment reconciliation monthly.

Debt Recovery Coordination
Conduct weekly allocation meetings
Share SOA weekly.
Provide cheque copies daily
Monitor collection progress.

Cash Collection & Receipt Processing
Post cash sales promptly
Verify physical cash.
Deposit cash & PDC cheques weekly.
Monitor bounced cheques.

Customer Portal Compliance & Submission Management
Submit customer portal invoices
Send invoices via email.
Coordinate with Sales to resolve GRN issues.

E-Invoicing Compliance
Participate in UAE E-Invoicing implementation.
Support testing, compliance, and master data updates.
