Job Description: 

Key Job Responsibilities:

 

  • Lead and execute global white-collar recruitment strategies across UAE, GCC, Europe, Africa, and international markets.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for Engineering, Sales, Finance, HR, Supply Chain, Leadership, and corporate functions.
  • Partner with senior leadership, board members, and stakeholders on workforce planning, talent strategy, and hiring forecasts.
  • Drive strategic sourcing, executive search, headhunting, and talent pipelining initiatives for niche and hard-to-fill roles.
  • Oversee recruitment operations, KPIs, reporting, process optimization, and candidate experience across the Group.
  • Lead SAP SuccessFactors RCM implementation, ATS optimization, recruitment automation, and recruitment marketing initiatives. 
  • Mentor HR and recruitment teams on best practices, stakeholder management, and skills-based hiring methodologies.

Qualifications & Skills:

 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s Degree advantageous).
  • 8–15+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Executive Search, or Global Recruitment within Manufacturing or Technical industries (Advantageous)
  • Proven experience recruiting white-collar and leadership positions across UAE, GCC, and international markets.
  • Strong expertise in ATS systems, and job board navigations such as SuccessFactors, Workday, LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri Gulf etc.
  • Strong understanding of workforce planning, recruitment analytics, employer branding, and end to end recruitment process improvement.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Fluent in English; any additional languages are advantageous.
