Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate with showroom sales team to process quotations, LPOs, and sales orders
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and walk-ins
- Prepare and follow up on quotations
- Maintain customer records and sales documentation
- Coordinate with warehouse/logistics for order delivery
- Support inventory tracking and showroom stock updates
- Assist in preparing sales reports and daily updates
- Ensure professional customer service at all times
Qualifications

- Education: Bachelor’s Degree (Graduation is mandatory)
- Language: Fluent in both Hindi and English is must (spoken & written)
- 2–3 years experience in sales coordination / showroom / customer service preferred
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Immediate joiners preferred (Visit or Cancelled Visa)
