Key Job Responsibilities:
- Supporting all sales-related activities of the division, including preparation of quotations, sales orders, delivery reports, invoices, and sales management reports using SAP.
- Managing customer inquiries professionally, maintaining strong client relationships, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Tracking sales orders and coordinating with production, logistics, warehouse, and finance teams to ensure timely processing, delivery execution, invoicing, and payment follow-up.
- Preparing technical submittals, compliance statements, and related documentation while ensuring commercial and technical compliance with project specifications and customer requirements.
- Maintaining accurate pricing records for the Trading Department and demonstrating a proactive approach in daily operations.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Desirable)
- 1-2 Years of Experience as a Coordinator (Preferably in a similar industry)
- Excellent Data analytics, Organizational & problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Excel, Word etc.
- Understanding of SAP (Desirable)
- Strong communication skills and fluent in English
- Strong Teamwork and collaboration skill.
