Job Description:

Key Job Responsibilities:

- Oversee all aspects of all responsibility for Ajman Showroom
- Develop and implement strategies to develop Sales and Marketing
- Prepare reports and Presentations, periodically to show performance and KPI target tracking.
- Collaborate with other departments, across but not limited to Sales, HR, Finance (AR), Audit, and leadership.
- Ensure compliance with HSE and Quality standards within the showroom.
- This role will report to the regional Showroom Manager

Qualifications & Skills:

- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, Chemical, Civil Engineering or similar (Preferable)
- 5 – 8 years of experience in showroom operations, HVAC related sales or Business Development
- Strong understanding of product and market knowledge within the HVAC/MEP sector
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in basic Technical/Mechanical knowledge
- Understanding of SAP systems (Beneficial)
- Strong communication skills and fluent in English, and Hindi
- Full UAE Driving License (Must have)
